LeMax Lanka Holdings Pvt Ltd is a construction services & engineering company that provides a strategic, flexible, experienced, and innovative approach to delivering engineering and management consultancy services for its clients.

We have a proven track record in delivering client projects to the most demanding of timescales, within budget and with the lowest possible client risk. This specialist's expertise and experience give our clients the confidence and peace of mind from the outset that their project is in the best possible hands. All our projects are led by a highly experienced Director and a team with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial engineering solutions alongside excellent service. As part of this approach, we focus on designing out systems rather than designing in complex and expensive kits and in seeking to balance the up-front capital cost of equipment and services against the associated life cycle costs of operating the building and provide options based on specific commercial requirements.

Our approach embodies the maximum possible contribution from each of the three pillars of environmental, economic, and social sustainability. We use this environmental expertise on a bespoke basis to maximize environmental and economic sustainability and to design accessibility for all sections of society. LeMax offers two values value delivery systems:

Value Management (VM) 1s a process addressing the overall project. objectives.
Value Engineering (VE) is a process that aims to increase the value of engineering solutions.

LeMax seeks to clarify the Client's priorities in achieving the project, and has the most impact in the early phases of the project's design development, in shaping engineering strategies and addressing the overall project and client's objectives, so undertaken during the feasibility and concept stages. We continue this focus in the follow-on process, focusing on the specific options to increase value in the engineering solutions which continue through detailed design phases - always seeking the optimum solution.

We at LeMax are committed to providing a safe environment and workplace for all our employees, subcontractors, and clients. To ensure the successful implementation of the LHRP system for every proiect and its continuous monitoring and improvement the following procedures are followed:

Developing and maintaining a framework for setting, reviewing, and achieving measurable LHRP objectives and targets.

Complying with the requirements of local legislations, and codes of practice and exceeding industry standards.

Providing a system to identify hazards, assess and manage risks and analyze the impacts of every activity to prevent personal injury, occupational illness, property damage, and environmental impacts.

Ensuring that all our em loyees, consultants and contractors are trained and competent to be able to run each of the processes within the LHRP system for each role and process. Ensuring that the impact of all our activities on the environment is minimized.

Having established contingency plans adequate to address all of the identified emergency scenarios.

Ensuring that there is a swift monitoring/review mechanism for LHRP to ensure that the system is working effectively and can provide for continual improvement of all the processes and outcomes of the system.
