How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.

LeMax Lanka Holdings (Pvt) Ltd (“LeMax Lanka”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, lemax.lk, why we collect it and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
Information we collect
- Details you send us. When you use our contact or call-back forms we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and any message you write.
- When you contact us directly. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use your IP address briefly to block spam and abuse of our forms.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and give you the quote, consultation or information you asked for.
- To manage a project with you if you become our client.
- To keep the website secure and protect it from spam and misuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses a small number of essential cookies so pages and forms work securely. We use Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics to measure visits; these tools can set cookies and collect anonymised usage data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as far as they need it:
- our website hosting and email provider, which stores enquiries and delivers our emails;
- Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the website;
- Google, for website analytics;
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records. Client information related to a project is kept for as long as required by law and our contractual obligations. After that we delete it securely.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, enquiries are stored in a protected system that only authorised LeMax Lanka staff can access, and our forms are protected against automated abuse.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using your information for a purpose you previously agreed to.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
